Insurance. Xena Health does not accept insurance. All services are self-pay. We provide detailed receipts that patients may submit to their insurer or HSA/FSA for potential reimbursement — however, coverage is not guaranteed and varies by plan. See how our cash-pay model works & why →
Membership cancellation. All memberships require 30 days written notice to cancel. See your individual signed membership agreement for complete terms. Questions? support@xenahealthlv.com
No-show & same-day cancellation policy. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $50 fee. Please provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling.
